Kombucha – What is it?

You may have seen a few posts on our Facebook page (as well as a rather cheesy video from me on Instagram!) about a product called Nutra Kombucha – If you haven’t (have you been living under a rock?) let me introduce you!  

Nutra Kombucha is a Skelmersdale based brewery of the 2000 year old Chinese drink called Kombucha.  Kombucha is a healthy alternative to fizzy drinks and sugary juices.  It contains no artificial ingredients at all and is only 45kcal per bottle.  Its naturally slightly fizzy, and Nutra Kombucha produces 7 different flavours to choose from such as Apple and Cranberry, Orchard Dawn and Hibiscus.
